What Clara is
Clara is an iOS app by Scandihouse Limited (Limassol, Cyprus). It analyzes photos of food labels using AI and gives you informational scores and summaries, personalized to the profile you set up. By using Clara, you agree to these terms.

Clara is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
AI label reading can make mistakes — it can misread text, miss ingredients, or misinterpret a label. Always verify the physical product label yourself, especially for allergens. Never rely on Clara as the sole basis for allergy or other medical safety decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on scan results.
Who can use Clara
You need to be at least 13 to use Clara — or older, if the minimum age of digital consent in your country is higher than 13. If you're under that age, please don't create an account or buy a subscription. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under the minimum age, we'll close it and delete the data — see our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Clara Premium costs $4.99 per week or $59.99 per year. Prices may vary by region. There is no free trial.
- Subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through your Apple account.
- Renewal is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
Clara Premium is meant for personal, everyday use. To protect the service against abuse we apply reasonable usage limits to scanning, and in normal use you won't run into them.
Your account
Please provide accurate information when creating your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or use Clara for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Clara app, brand, and content belong to Scandihouse Limited. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond normal use of the app.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Clara is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that scan results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scandihouse Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make in reliance on the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
Changes and contact
